To unite the residents and neighbors of Moonlight Cottages in the practice of Orthodox Judaism.

Activities and programs

To serve our mission, here is a list of some of the activities and programs we run:

• We organize Jewish prayer groups three times daily, during the summer months.


• We organize weekly religious learning sessions, focused on the practice of Orthodox Judaism and knowledge of sacred Jewish texts.


• We organize weekly communal events for adults, focused on bringing the community closer together in celebrating Jewish culture, including: Jewish music performances; Judaism-themed entertainment and games; and kosher luncheons.


• We organize daily communal events for children, including: learning Jewish songs and other cultural activities; learning knowledge of sacred Jewish texts and history; and serving kosher snacks.


• We maintain the Moonlight Cottages synagogue and its contents, including prayer books and Torah scrolls.
