To further improve colony water safety, some members have requested a lifeguard presence at the back pool on Fridays and Sundays for the 2018 summer. This would necessitate us hiring additional staff, not currently in our budget.

We would like to restore the handball court building (barn) to a state where it can be used as a lounge / rainy day space for our Day Camp staff and by members.  Repairs would involve restoring electricity, replacing some rotting 2x4's and painting the interior.

Moonlight's package room has long been a mess and the clutter interferes with our kiddish. We would like to install a large Amish-style shed next to the current mail room for packages and organized cubbies for each unit's mail.

The plastic garbage cans we have on our light poles are falling apart and rarely used, leading to trash throughout the floor of the colony. We would like to replace them with heavy duty pole cans that are weather resistant and larger.

Did you know that Moonlight has a pond on the premises? It's currently impossible to make any use of it due to the dense brush growing around it. We would like to clear the area and make a path to it, in order to open the area up for communal use, including recreational fishing.
